Statement

To me, human trafficking has always been the step child of social issues. It gets some awareness from time to time, but it never really gets the constant support and activeness it needs to truly be stopped. I think this is because it doesn't happen enough for most people to even care. However, the discouraging truth is that it happens right under our noses all the time. That is why I am very grateful to this organization for being a call to action and inspiring people to become aware of the issue and to become proactive solutions to human trafficking.
