Humans, the environment, chaos, politics, history and climate change are all interrelated, interconnected and complex. Collaboration is essential in solving the impending disasters upon us. The inclusion of artists from many disciplines in my recent curatorial project “Anthropocene 2019, Artists Respond to Humans Effecting the Earth” mirrors the collaboration required to solve the current global climate situation. This power of global collaboration informs my landscape and figurative oil paintings.
