Tracy Murrell is an Atlanta-based artist and curator. Her artwork explores the use of silhouettes, recontextualizing the images to use as entry points for deeper conversations on gender, race, ethnicity, oppression and privilege. Sometimes a picture needs a 1,000 words to tell the whole Story. In the #endhumantrafficking Project text-infused silhouetted images are entry points for conversations about the many horrific facets of human trafficking.
